OUR COMMUNITY, OUR WORK.
It’s been quite a year for the world. And while things have not gone necessarily the way we thought they would, we still can reflect back on a year that we courageously served our neighbors. We have had another successful year, thanks to you! 14,000+ neighbors were cared for, 4,200+ volunteers gave back to their communities, and 290+ community organizations partnered together. And together, we put $808,267 back into Ventura County in goods and services!
PROJECTS THAT CONNECT AND HEAL: NOW AND ACCESSIBILITY
200 volunteers served with us consistently during the pandemic, bringing groceries, care packages and virtual companionship to homebound neighbors, Our accessibility team also kept busy, completing 18 grab bar and ramp installations for those with mobility challenges!
