ACTION hosted the 5th Annual Ventura County
Community "Serve
Day" on May 31st to
June 1, 2008.
We anticipated over 3,000 volunteers this year from 50+
Ventura and West Los Angeles county churches.

Project 91:
Subfloor Replacement
This project is a sub-flooring replacement and rebuilding of a
back deck. Four hundred dollars in materials went to rebuild
the deck which is also part of the back subfloor. It was a lot of
work with some expert labor and it turned out really well.
Project 97: Sonja's Porch
Jeff and his crew did a
great job rebuilding Sonja's
porch on Friday, and my crew came on Saturday to paint it. Sonja was a little
overwhelmed with the transition.
