This is still you. When we run across something that needs doing, someone needs to lead the project. Coordinate with volunteers, pick a date and do it.

Church Team Leader responsibilities
- Be the main contact with ACTION for your church
- Oversee Annual Serve Weekend promotion at your church
- Oversee sign-up process for Serve Weekend at your church
- Recruit a team leader for each of your church’s projects
- Help your team leaders with project assessment and resources
- Set a tone in your church for showing and telling the Love of Christ
- Stay in touch with ACTION
- Pray for God to bless the people serving, those served and the whole process
